SARAH - OWNER
Sarah has been in the industry for 25+ years. She is proud to be a business owner in her community. Her passion for organic products, health and sustainable living have been born out of some unfortunate health events in her life. She has seen the benefits from switching to healthy alternatives. Clients actively seek her out based on the knowledge that she uses healthy, non-toxic/low toxic products to color and treat hair. Sarah specializes in low maintenance, soft lived in color. Combining health and beauty is her passion, and her priority is giving her clients their dream hair. She is always seeking education opportunities by attending hair shows and classes lead by the nations top stylists. She never stops learning, so she can always bring you the latest trends and techniques.

ASHLEY
Ashley is a West Seattle native who has been styling hair for over 17 years. She spent most of her career working at Salon Joseph on Upper Queen Anne where she completed her apprenticeship and established herself as a professional stylist. She recently transitioned her practice to West Seattle in order to be more involved with her community. She is passionate about health and wellness starting from the inside out and loves to see her friends, family and clients thrive. She specializes in curly hair, blondes, and men's cuts, but LOVES doing hair of all textures and styles. She is committed to and enjoys continued education and has attended many classes and hair shows including her favorite, TIGI academy in New York.
She is passionate about helping each client look and feel their absolute best! She has a unique talent for finding and developing the right look and style for every individual, whether it be a low-maintenance, care-free style, or a new cutting edge look.
KOTAY
Lindsay Kotay began her career as a hairstylist over 14 years ago in downtown Seattle, where she mastered her skill set at a high-end salon for 5 years before moving to Chicago. During her four years in Chicago, Kotay’s career and artistry flourished. She quickly became known for her trendsetting work and has been featured in Buzzfeed, MTV Style and Behind the Chair, to name a few. Kotay moved back to West Seattle in 2018 to be closer to family, and couldn’t be happier with her decision. She loves living and working in West Seattle.
Kotay specializes in creative color, dimensional painting, and corrective color, as well as “lived-in” cuts and styles. She is passionate about working in a non-toxic, low waste, and cruelty-free environment, and carries this through to her personal life as well. In her free time Lindsay loves to play with her niece and pets, spend time outside, and travel the world.

LEORA
Leora has been an eyebrow designer for 16 years. Trained in Los Angeles as an esthetician and makeup artist she quickly realized that brows, the most defining feature of the face, wasn’t getting enough attention. When she moved to Seattle from Los Angeles 14 years ago she decided to open her own boutique studio in Seward Park where brows could be the focus.
Leora’s specialty is brow rehab where she guides her clients through a growth phase to achieve the most flattering eyebrows for their facial shape. Her signature is a fluid brow that is full, yet defined, natural and polished. She loves her craft and continuously seeks out the best products to give her clients the ultimate in style and experience.
In seeking out another location to offer her services she found a perfect fit at Treo where she could personally identify with the mission of the salon. When she isn’t grooming brows, Leora enjoys spending time with her family, playing chef, and exploring the outdoors.
KE’SHA
A seasoned hair dresser and visionary in her own right, Ke’sha has perfected her craft while working in some of Seattle’s top salons for over two decades.
She has received an abundance of advanced education with TIGI academy and Bumble & Bumble University. Ke’sha is Ouidad and Deva Curl certified and specializes in curly hair of every kind. All Curly girls are welcome!
With an eye for cutting and coloring, she thrives to maintain personal relationships with her clients and caters to their many hair care needs.
Her goal as your hair connoisseur is to provide a healthy environment with a high grade skillset. All of her pricing is based on time, intricacy and the use of luxury organic products.
CALLIE
Callie is a West Seattle native and loves being a part of the community she grew up in. Callie’s enthusiasm for her work and passion for building relationships is shared with each client. As a stylist, Callie is always learning and mastering new techniques. She is a perfectionist paying special attention to detail. She is a perfectionist paying special attention to detail. She has a passion for creating custom, “lived in” color, specializing in blonding techniques. Outside of the salon, Callie loves cooking, being active, and spending time with her daughter and two mini dachshunds.
Jessie
Jessie has been in the hair industry since 2004. She enjoys soft textured looks and specializes in blonding techniques. Believing that hair color and shape is unique to each client, she customizes each visit and technique to align with your goals.
Her health and belief in sustainable choices for her family & clients has lead her to a low/non toxic focused career path. If you aren’t sure where to start and would like a product consultation, please reach out.
Jessie is currently accepting new blonding and extension clients. She only sees new clients for haircuts with a color service.
Anne
Anne, a West Seattle native, has been in the beauty industry for over a decade. She began her career working in a high end salon Downtown before returning to her roots in the community she loves the most. With a degree and background in education, Anne places a high value on seeking out the best resources to stay inspired and keep you fresh!
Making somebody look great is easy, the magic happens when clients put their confidence in Anne's hands. She has a passion for finding the perfect color and cut to complement her guest's look and lifestyle. Anne specializes in lived-in blonding techniques, believing that beautiful hair doesn't have to take a lot of work, just a lot of love.
In her free time she enjoys designing and DIYing her home, going on adventures with her husband and three daughters, and escaping city life for the mountains.
Kyung
Kyung is happy to call West Seattle home for her family of 4 after moving here in 2008 and building her career in this community since 2011.
Kyung specializes in personalized cuts and balayage that grow out softly. She has a caring and fun personality and nothing makes her happier than to see a client leave the salon feeling beautiful inside and out.
naomi
Naomi is an accomplished stylist, w/ over 20 years in the industry. She began her career, working for an established group of salons in Seattle, where she discovered her passion for specializing in cutting & styling hair. Continuing education is important to her. She loves keeping pace w/ the ever-changing directions of hairstyling & barbering. She appreciates connecting w/ clients, assisting them in choosing styles to accommodate their particular hair needs & lifestyle.
A philosophy of health & wellness, have been something that she likes to consider, in her work & daily life.
That interest lead her to seek out a salon that reflects those values.

Leah - Junior Stylist
Leah was born and raised in West Seattle and spent the majority of her professional life within this community. During the pandemic and after much thought she decided to learn a new skill and advance her career. She fell in love with the art and science of hair design. She recently joined Treo Organic Salon to follow her new career in the hair and beauty industry. She has continued to learn and grow her skill set by completing her apprenticeship under the guidance of our talented staff.
Rachael
Rachael loves connecting with her clients and helping them achieve their hair dreams. Whether it's creating beachy blonde, a rich brunette, long cut, short cut, textured or smooth, she welcomes it all. The variety keeps her days exciting and fun. She's been behind the chair for well over 20 years, spending the majority of her career downtown. After having kids she chose to work in West Seattle to be closer to home. Rachael's a West Seattle native. She's passionate about doing hair and about her family. After working from home for almost three years she's back in the salon and in her element!
